Your Insurance Policy Includes the Following:
- Up to £5,000,000 for legal liability. Excludes property in your custody or control.
- A benefit of £75 is payable in the event of a hole in one being achieved in an official medal or stableford competition organised by The Lady Golfer Club.
- £15,000 following death or loss of limbs or sight or permanent total disablement caused by an accident, except arising out of any pre-existing medical condition.
- Up to £10,000 for loss of or damage to third party property. Excludes property in your custody or control.
Golf Insurance

Carrick Neill is recognised within the market place as one of the leading specialist providers of golf insurance in the United Kingdom. As part of your membership you will receive a plastic card (credit card size) giving a summary of the cover provided. The policy is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance.
Why Insurance?
A recent Court of Appeal case highlights the need to have Personal Liability cover. A golf ball was deflected off a tree and hit a fellow golfer in the eye. The injured man was standing some eighty yards away at the time. Although the golfer who played the shot shouted "fore", this was not deemed a satisfactory defence and he was held to be legally liable for his actions resulting in £400,000 damages award against the golfer.
