Royal Eastbourne's Head Professional Neil Darnell has been with the team since 2014 and previously was the Head Pro at Mannings Heath for 10 years.

On first turning professional Neil competed full time as a playing professional. During this period he won numerous professional events including the county assistant’s championship and the county match-play championship whilst successfully competing on many of the minor professional tours.
